Conference Room (Fluke 119A) Reservation Request

Policies

  • Reservation requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • The conference room is for WNF use only (prospective and current users, PIs and staff), unless otherwise noted.
  • Please only make a reservation if it’s an appropriate size for your meeting (Max occupancy: 24). We reserve the right to move and/or cancel your meeting if the number of attendees exceeds our limit.

Terms of Use
Complete the following tasks before vacating the room:

  • Turn off equipment including projectors and room lights
  • Throw away trash (i.e. paper, cups, napkins, etc.)
  • Erase white boards
  • Raise blinds and close windows
  • Arrange furniture the way it was found
