How do I submit a poster and/or a scientific image for the contest?

If you would like to present research performed at a NNCI Facility, please indicate it on the RSVP and download our poster template. If using another template, please ensure it is 32inx40in. The deadline to submit a poster via e-mail (wnfinfo@uw.edu) is Monday, October 16th.

If you would like to submit a scientific image, please indicate it on the RSVP and e-mail a high resolution copy, an image title, and a brief description to wnfinfo@uw.edu. The deadline to submit an image is also Monday, October 16th.
